 
All are welcome. Individuals with family incomes below 200% of federal poverty level are eligible for sliding scale fees. Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP and MOST PRIVATE INSURANCES are accepted. Individuals who have no insurance and are eligible for discounted services will be placed on a discounted fee group based on their family size and household income. AccessHealth is an equal opportunity provider and a Federally Qualified Health Center. We are also a member of the Texas Association of Community Health Centers. AccessHealth serves approximately 27,000 individuals per year. AccessHealth does not turn away anyone in need.

Fort Bend Family Health Center is now AccessHealth
In an effort to more accurately describe its vision, Fort Bend Family Health Center is now AccessHealth. AccessHealth provides primary health care for both adults and children, obstetrics and gynecological care, behavioral health services, dental care and the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program Fort Bend, Waller and Wharton Counties. Upon recently becoming the administrator of the WIC program in Austin, Waller and Colorado Counties, AccessHealth now has 13 service locations.... (more)
