AccessHealth has promoted Director of IT, Reporting and Analytics, Jared M. Williams, to serve as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mary Collins has joined the AccessHealth executive team as Chief Program Officer. This position is responsible for overseeing and expanding mental health, substance abuse and HIV services for AccessHealth.

After serving as Director of Marketing and Development and Development Officer for AccessHealth, Cindy Reaves has been promoted to Chief Development Officer of the nonprofit health center. A native of Fort Bend County, Reaves has 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, the last 14 years working in the healthcare field in Fort Bend County.
Michael R. Dotson, CPA has joined the AccessHealth executive team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Dotson has an extensive background in business, finance and accounting. A proven financial professional with a strong track record for strategic leadership, Dotson will make an immediate contribution to the Center.
Dotson’s experience includes 6 years as a CFO and 8 years providing audit, assurance, M&A due diligence, and consulting within the health care industry, including: community health centers, hospitals, nonprofit organizations, government-based entities and others.

As CFO, Dotson will be responsible for the operation and oversight of the financial activities of AccessHealth. This includes the interpretation, monitoring and adherence of industry complexities to ensure success. Further, Dotson will work with the executive team to formulate, execute and monitor planning, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
